Quality, safety, and environmental health with less energy consumption and lower cost

with a green strategy is the objective of Simin Sepahan Company.

Simin Sepahan Company (Private Joint-Stock) has been active in the field of civil, building and road construction since 1987. With the backup of its promoters and technical know-how, the company managed to obtain the 1^st Rank in road and transportation. The company complys with the regulations and rules of services quality, international standards of quality management system such as ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS18001:2007 and HSE. With the slogan of “where there is a will there is a way”, the company is committed to realization of the following objectives:

We aim to institutionalize the permanent optimization principle through the implementation of quality assurance systems to attract the personnel and customers’ trust and satisfaction and minimizing waste. In order to achieve the said objectives, the company shall comply with the following rules:

- Human resources is the most valuable capital in achieving the desired capacity. We make efforts to employ efficient personnel and train them to improve the quality of our products, promote the personnel’s safety and health, preserve the environment and satisfy the customers.

- The personnel help in periodical audits and take actions for the correction and prevention of mental pressure of work, for promotion of safety and decrease of occupational accidents, and promotion of productivity and permanent optimization of the system to fulfill the satisfaction of the personnel and beneficiaries.

- In view of our commitments to resources management, waste management and risk management, we welcome innovative thoughts and ideas, and provide the personnel with the opportunity to contribute in managing the company.

- By dissemination of safety and health culture according to the customers’ expectations and the regulations ratified by the competent authorities such as the Department of Environment and the Department of Labor and Social Welfare, we regularly control the quality, safety, and environmental health in the company to prevent occupational diseases and accidents and to promote health. We do not set any limitation for the promotion of activities and quality, and the fulfillment of the customers’ satisfaction.

- Any waste of time, cost, and capital which leads to an increase in cost price and decline of quality is avoided.

- By enhancing the quality of services and minimizing the delivery time of projects, we fulfill the satisfaction of the beneficiaries and minimize the environmental pollutants.

- We have implemented a quality system according to ISO9001:2008 standards and ISO14001:2004 environmental standards and OHSAS18001:2007 and HSE safety and occupational health standards to realize the above-mentioned objectives.

The senior director of the company, who is responsible for the realization of the objectives, controls the system on a regular basis to make sure that the system is efficient. The senior director appoints one of the directors of the company for supervising and making decisions for improving the system. The senior director also encourages all the personnel for the realization of the company objectives.
